Sign up for the inBrain Masterclass on March 14 and 15, 2024. An inspiring two-day training on the coast of Noordwijk aan Zee, in which we get to work hands-on.
Note! Only a limited number of seats are available, so don’t hesitate too long.
What will I do during the master class?
During the master class, you will have time to reflect on the profession and the future of learning and development with peers from other organizations. Moreover, each participant brings their own expertise and (organizational) goals. You will have ample opportunity to benefit from the expertise and experience of other participants and spar about your specific issues. Speakers on four different relevant topics provide inspiring working sessions and personally think with you about how you can integrate this information into your work practice. Around the sessions there is time to get to know each other personally and expand your network.
What topics are covered?
Your input is key. All participants have experience in the profession, know what is going on and what are the main challenges in the future of L&D. With input from you and the other participants, together we will separate the wheat from the chaff among key L&D trends. In addition, you will meet inspiring experts who will engage with you on relevant topics.
The following topics will be covered at least during the master class:
- How AI can make your job easier.
- The place of the L&D person in the organization: from implementer to strategic business partner.
- Seducing and selling: what the L&D world can learn from e-commerce.
- Skill-up: skill analysis and what you can accomplish with this data.
